The Detroit Grille House is every good thing you can expect. The service is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Prices are reasonable on all menus. They have a new and updated seating area, as well as a separate full bar space. So, if you want to just go in for drinks it's all good. The drink menu is terrific. The Grille hosts wines from Napa Valley, California to Italy and more. You won't be disappointed by any means. The food menu hosts tastes to any liking, and the quality and tastes are wonderful ! Highly recommend anytime. We will definitely be back and bring our family and friends. Note: there is a totally separate banquet room in the restaurant that seats a good 100+plus. Everything is brand new and super nice. Check it out. Have a great time and enjoy this new eats and drink !!

Very nice staff. Clean tables and seats. The food was fantastic. The mac and cheese is definitely award winning! The bathroom was nice and clean. The pot pie was very good!! Wish we would have had room for dessert...next time we will try to save room for that!

This place has one of the best chicken pot pie's I've ever had anywhere. Tastes like a clam chowder made with chicken, and the crust is incredible. I recommend this place just for this dish alone.

We have been driving by this place for a few weeks before we decided to have lunch, what a wonderful surprise. We have the burgers which were delicious, They came with hand cut fries and slaw. Great value and great service. We wiil definitely try for dinner.

This place is underrated imo. The coleslaw was hands down the best I ever had, even ordered a second one. We also tried the buffalo cauliflower, the sweet potato fries and the mac n cheese, all very good. The burger I had was very good too. Overall we were very satisified with the food. About the service: yes it seemed a little slower than other places we visit but nothing to be worried about...

This past Saturday, 9/14/19, Detroit Grille House catered my wedding at Van Hoosen Farm. Before I get into the review, I wanted to give a special THANK YOU to Cheryl. Everything was perfect. Our plans had changes all the way to the very last minute, but Cheryl told us that she was going to make sure that everything would be perfect. DETROIT GRILLE HOUSE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The whole evening was out of this world. The tables, the staff, the food, everything was taken into consideration and they made my wife and I feel completely at ease. The whole night, people came up to us and asked us about the food. People could not stop talking about the Chicken Piccata, the Green Beans, and their Roast Beef. Thank you so very much. We can not have asked for more. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with your services EVERY TIME.

Three of us came for the Thanksgiving Buffet and it was delicious! I am a vegetarian but I eat salmon. They had Raspberry Salmon and it was fantasic! Thank you for a delicious meal and nice servers.

Lunch at Detroit Grille House today. Very clean, pub-like decor. Nice selection of options on the menu. Absolutely order the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer! The breading is light and flavorful, with that spectacular buffalo heat at the end. Two of us had the Watermelon Cucumber Salad...one with Salmon and the other with Steak. There was also feta, arugula, and a divine lemon balsamic dressing. Ate. It. All. One person in the party ordered the Cubano. What a glorious looking sandwich, which came with a gigantic side of fries. Our drinks were always full, which is a super gauge of the service for me. Next time you're in the area, don't pass by...stop in. You won't regret it.

Wait staff was amazing and the fried pickles were an event in and of themselves. My only complaint was I had to share. Owner greeted us and was awesome and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back soon.

Thank you for a great Boxing Day dinner. Lots of awesome different flavors of food! Wilted spinach salmon, Brussels sprouts, pear salad, pesto chicken brazed carrots and finally awesome mashed red skins! We all were hungry and still had leftovers that prompted my thanks today!

First time visiting. Completely impressed. Not overly large but great atmosphere. Direct visual to ask TVs (not that it's important but to some maybe). Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Lamb meatballs were a complete surprise and absolutely a must have. The perch dinner was delicious as well. We will definitely be back.

I love this place. Menu options are great. I can never decide to what to get! My favorites are the fish tacos, fish and chips, and the salmon. My husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner here in their side enclosed room last year and it was spectacular. Our guests all had a great time. Love the overall vibe of this place! Owner is great!

Owner Darrin and his associate Sam catered a family gathering for me. I decided on the taco bar which was phenomenal. Both set up a beautiful presentation. Sam stayed during the course of dinner and even helped clean up tables afterwards. She was very polite and so helpful. The food was fantastic and all enjoyed it!! Thank you Darrin and Sam for all you did. I also want to mention Dion who I directly worked with on the ordering of the food. Very polite and helpful as well😊

The owner, Darren, really has a good thing going here. We found out in the best way that they do half price wine bottles on Thursdays. The food is excellent. We tried the pub pretzels and crab cake appetizers. I had the Cuban sandwich, very delicious. I tried their "Grumpy Dad" cheesecake. It was inventive in a way that worked well. Definitely a rising hot spot in the east side of the metro Detroit area.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice night out. Service was friendly and fast, the beef nachos were to die for and plenty to share. I tried the Carolina jammer burger with the tater tots. The pulled pork was so good I’ll be coming back just for that. My wife had the chicken piccata and she loved it. The red velvet cheesecake is a must try! We will be back

First time there it was a Sunday at 9pm were happy a restaurant was still opened. I had the burger sliders that had caramelized onions. Delish. The burger wasn't dry. Got the tater tots crispy and not greasy. My daughter had the Tuscan chicken Alfredo that had just the right amount of sauce (not drenched) and included was a garlic toast. She said it was delicious. My son had the deep dish pizza (a detroit style to us) and he stated it was really good. Ordered apps...boneless Buffalo wings just enough spice and everyone liked them. Victoria our great waitress suggested the pretzel sticks they we do good and have you 2 success one savory cheese and then a sweet cinnamon sauce which was really tasty. Husband had a salad said it was fresh. Would highly recommend, variety in menu, and great customer service. Victoria you can tell has been in the service industry for a long time. She knew what we needed and asked if we needed anything just at the right time. Very sweet to us all.

Came on a windy Sunday for dinner, they had just got power back. Ashley was outstanding and juggled multiple tables like a champ! The kitchen was just getting back up and running, the bar tender had just showed up - was a perfect opportunity for a bad experience... NOT the case! Having lunch here the first time since called Detroit Grille House. Best salad I have ever tasted! I have eaten alot of salads! House Spinach Salad is awesome! Kevin gave me fast, knowledgable service. He new the menu and got me my food lickety split so I could enoy eating my lunch stress free while I was in a hurry on my work lunck break. Thanks Kevin!

The Detroit Grille House was spectacular as a host for my husband's 50th birthday party. The banquet room accommodated a band and 70+ friends. The food was wonderful and Cheryl guided us so that we had just the right amount plus a little bit (a must just in case). The staff was very attentive and had great attitudes, the slide show was clear, large and they easily set it up, the drinks were delicious and ever flowing. The room was set up beautifully with a combination of sit down and stand up tables. We gave them the reins and we were able to just focus on having fun. Thank you so much for a great evening. I wish we could relive it over and over - what a blast.

We had an amazing turnout with Detroit Grille House for our wedding last weekend!! Over all the food was amazing and everyone at our wedding had nothing but great things to say about it! When we taste tested food over a year ago that went so well and all the food was so good it was very hard to choose what to have on our special day! When the day came everything was just as good as it was when we tried the food out a year ago! Cheryl took care of everything and made it easy as can be!! By far the best food I’ve ever had!!! There Alfredo noodles were to die for!!! Great place, great food and great people check them out

I went for lunch yesterday and love the new look! Everything sounds so good on the new menu that it was a bit tough to make a decision, but I chose the Boblo Burger. Delish! I'm looking forward to going back for all the other choices. Great job, Jeff & Cheryl.
